Evening folks. Hope you have all enjoyed March so far, whatever you’re doing and wherever you are. Well, on the 18th March I had my fitting of my new hairpiece ‘Erica’ – and wore it for a couple of hours. I now have a slight inkling as to how Julia Roberts must have felt wearing the silver bob wig in Pretty Woman all those years ago, and then letting all her natural curly hair loose in the morning after scene. I have less hair, and when you are wearing a netted cap, which resembles a balaclava made of tan tights over your hair, and then a hairpiece over, it certainly puts pressure on your temples and gives a slight headache. I have practised putting both on and I look forward to showcasing Erica at Helen and Dan’s wedding which is this weekend. Note to self, I must also practice wearing my platform heeled shoes around the house before their big day, as I just have visions of me falling over and twisting my ankle.
I owe Sacha Grace Hair Solutions Ltd, based in Railway Road, Ormskirk a great deal. Not only for Sacha’s customer service which is second to none, but for her genuine warmth, empathy and compassion towards women who are suffering all types of hair loss. She is extremely passionate about making women feel fantastic about themselves and also empowers each individual lady that she meets. Sacha Grace Hair Solutions Ltd can also be found on Facebook. Highly recommended 🙂
July is set to be a big month for me. Hopefully by then my ITQ Level 2 course will be finished, and I can celebrate in style. First of all, I have a social event in Manchester with fellow members of The Open University – I’m both excited to meet them and daunted in equal measures if that makes any sense? Then the next big thing on my calendar is going to watch Blink-182, Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls and The Front Bottoms at Liverpool’s Echo Arena. Then Mum and I travel to New Zealand – a trip to visit family which is long overdue.
